Role Description The Real Estate Intern role at Mavericks Landmark is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will assist with property listings, site visits, and basic documentation related to sales and real property transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the sales team with lead follow-ups, preparing property presentations, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The intern will help respond to client inquiries, provide customer service during property tours, and gather market information to support real estate development decisions.



This position offers hands-on learning in real estate operations and opportunities to observe negotiations, client meetings, and project planning.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends and property types.
- Skills related to Real Estate Development, such as basic understanding of project lifecycles, site evaluation, and documentation.
- Sales skills and interest in property sales activities, including lead handling, presentations, and supportive role in negotiations.
- Customer Service abilities, including transparent communication, professional demeanor, and responsiveness to client needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email); familiarity with real estate listing platforms is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
