- Build good working relationships among Brokers and Clients.

- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.

- Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.

- Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face.

- Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.

- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for recent business.

- Respond to incoming e-mail and phone enquiries.

- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.

- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions with the brokers.
