We are looking for motivated and target-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential clients
- Make cold calls and outbound calls to generate leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client relationships
- Schedule meetings and property discussions




- Handle objections and negotiate with clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and close deals
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records

Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling
- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Real estate, telesales, B2B/B2C sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Freshers with strong English communication and sales ability are also welcome
