Role Description The React.js Developer will design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applications using React.js and related technologies. In this full-time remote role, the developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into performant, scalable, and accessible interfaces.

Daily tasks include implementing reusable components, managing application state, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting front-end issues. The role also involves participating in code reviews,



writing clean and testable code, optimizing performance, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. The developer will continuously improve the codebase, stay current with modern JavaScript and React ecosystems, and support cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Front-end development skills, including React.js, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Back-end web development and software development skills for integrating APIs and working with server-side logic.
- State management skills, including experience with Redux.js or similar libraries.
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), build tools, and team-oriented development workflows.
