About the Organisation: Tripare is a B2B AI-powered business travel platform helping companies manage corporate travel, bookings, expenses and the overall travel experience from one place. We are a growing product team, and we’re looking for engineers who like working close to the product and are comfortable taking a feature from requirement to production.

About the role: We’re looking for a React Native Developer to work on Tripare’s mobile experience. You’ll be working closely with the product and backend teams to build current features, improve existing ones and make sure the application performs well across devices.

This role involves the complete mobile development cycle — development, API integration, debugging, performance improvements and app releases.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Own app release management, including builds, signing, store submissions and phased releases for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Build reusable components and keep the mobile codebase maintainable.
- Conceptual clarity of TypeScript.
- Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend developers.
- Convert product and design requirements into working mobile features.
- Work on application performance, stability and responsiveness.
- Debug issues across Android and iOS devices.
- Implement features such as authentication, notifications and deep linking where required.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.




- Work with product and design teams to improve the overall mobile experience.
- Build and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Fastlane for automated build and release workflows.
- Monitor and fix issues after releases.

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of React and component-based development.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Good understanding of mobile performance and debugging.
- Experience with Android and iOS development through React Native.
- Hands-on experience managing production releases for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Comfortable using Git and working with an engineering team.
- Ability to independently take a feature from development to release.
- Experience with Expo is a plus.
- Experience with push no)fica)ons and deep linking.
