MoreIdea Lab is an AI marketing platform for Indian small businesses. A business owner chats with our AI, gets a marketing plan made for their business, and creates ready-to-post social media content in minutes. Our web platform is live at moreidealab.com and already has paying customers. Now we're building the mobile app: the web is where the plan gets made, and the phone is where the post gets sent.

We're hiring our first dedicated mobile developer to build the app from scratch and launch it on both the App Store and Google Play.

What you'll do

- Build our iOS and Android app from one codebase using React Native + Expo + TypeScript
- Build the main flows: sign-in (email OTP), content library, sharing to WhatsApp and Instagram, saving to the gallery, and account management
- Set up push notifications (APNs + FCM through Expo), with images downloaded ahead of time so posts open instantly
- Connect to our Supabase backend (Auth, Postgres, Edge Functions)
- Handle releases on both stores: EAS Build & Submit, TestFlight, Play internal testing, store reviews and rejections
- Keep the app quick on budget Android phones and older iPhones
- Work directly with the founder and our lead engineer.



You'll have a real say in the product and how it's built

Must have
- 2+ years building apps with React Native and TypeScript
- At least one app you shipped that is live on both the App Store and Google Play
- Hands-on experience with Expo / EAS
- Experience with REST APIs and a backend-as-a-service (Supabase or Firebase)
- Comfort with push notifications, device permissions and platform differences between iOS and Android
- Good Git habits and clear written communication

Nice to have
- Basic native module work (Swift or Kotlin)
- EAS Update (over-the-air updates)
- Postgres or SQL knowledge; Supabase Row Level Security
- Image caching and offline-first patterns
- Hindi or regional-language UI experience
- Interest in marketing, design or small-business products
