Role OverviewLead a development team building React-based full stack applications on Azure, while staying hands-on in code.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of React full stack applications from technical design through production release.

- Review code, mentor developers, and plan and estimate sprint work.

- Build REST APIs and backend services on PostgreSQL (transactional data) and ClickHouse (analytics).

- Deploy and run applications on Azure with Kubernetes, and own CI/CD, performance, and security.

- Integrate AI/ML features and act as the team's technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Must Have Skills

- 36 years of full stack development, including hands-on experience as a Tech Lead.

- Strong React and JavaScript / TypeScript in production applications.

- REST API development with PostgreSQL, plus working knowledge of ClickHouse.

- Kubernetes and Docker deployments on Microsoft Azure.

- AI/ML integration experience and explicit verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Helm

- Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code

- Redis, Kafka, or Azure Event Hubs

- Generative AI / LLM feature development

- AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
