We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented RCM Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, including Front-end, Mid-cycle, and Back-end processes.
- Lead Medical Billing functions such as Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Medical Coding coordination, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Accounts Receivable (AR) Recovery.
- Drive productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and client KPIs.
- Develop operational strategies to improve collections, reduce aging, minimize denials, and maximize reimbursements.
- Monitor and analyze operational dashboards, billing reports, revenue trends, and financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
- Responsible for client onboarding, Manage client relationships, conduct business reviews, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Team Leads and Operations teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CAPA, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.




- Collaborate with our sales representatives to drive the approach and deliverables for successful RCM implementations for our medical practice clients.
- Collaborate with Coding, Quality, Training, IT, and Client Management teams.
- Handle escalations, audit findings, compliance issues, and operational risks effectively.
- Drive automation initiatives, workflow optimization, and digital transformation projects.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational reviews, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication
- 8 to 12 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM, with at least 3 to 5 years in an Operations Manager/ AM role.
- Experience in managing teams of 30 to 200+ employees.
- Robust exposure to physician billing, hospital billing, or multi-specialty billing.
- Hands-on experience with major Practice Management (PM) systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR). Experience of working in Advanced MD is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and high-volume operations.
