Job Overview:

GIDE AI is looking for a creative Graphic / UI Designer Associate to support our marketing and pre-sales teams. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality digital design assets, UI mockups, and presentation formats aligned with brand guidelines. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level projects and a strong growth pathway towards senior design roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics and creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

• Create content-driven designs including banners, infographics, carousels, and marketing posts

• Design visual assets for paid advertising campaigns

• Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, landing pages, and basic prototypes using Figma or similar tools

• Format and design pitch decks, presentations, and case studies

• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for campaign and client deliverables

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline assets

• Manage design assets, templates, files, and version control

• Support design requirements for events, announcements, and internal communication

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic and/or UI design

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop,



Illustrator, Canva (or equivalent tools)

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles

• Knowledge of UI design patterns and responsive design basics

• Ability to translate briefs into compelling and effective designs

• Understanding of branding, color theory, and visual identity

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or equivalent tools)

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles

• Knowledge of UI design patterns and responsive design basics (HTML, CSS, and AI integration in designs preferred)

• Ability to translate briefs into compelling and effective designs

• Understanding of branding, color theory, and visual identity

• Creative mindset with a structured design approach

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand briefs

• Attention to detail and consistency in deliverables

• Ability to multitask across different project types

• Collaborative and proactive in a services-driven environment
