Note - Experience in R2R - Record to Report, General Ledger, Reconciliation (Bank, Balance sheet), Month end Closing, End to End R2R.

RTR/ General Ledger: Should have experience in Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Month Close, Intercompany Billing, Cash Application

Responsibilities:

- Associate should be a team player
- Should have positive working experience in GL Month end activities, Reconciliation (Bank, Balance sheet), Reporting & Forecasting,




- Handling team
- Customer management
- SLA / KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Should participate in customer /internal stakeholder meetings and action on deliverables.
- General Ledger, Book closure, Balance sheet reconciliations, JV's and Other recons in depth and hands on Knowledge
- Should have managed 10 to 15 GL Team
- Transformation Mind set and knowledge
- Investigative and Problem-solving skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Working knowledge in ERP's
