About the role

BLEND is looking for experienced accounting and finance professionals for a short-term, fully remote project supporting the development of advanced AI systems.

You will apply your day-to-day professional judgement to accounting and bookkeeping scenarios, reviewing and producing work of the standard you would deliver to a client. No technical or AI background is required. What is required is genuine, current expertise in accounting practice and hands-on QuickBooks work.

This is a focused engagement: two consecutive weeks, approximately eight hours per day, starting shortly after selection.

What you will do

1. Work through accounting and bookkeeping tasks drawn from real-world finance scenarios.
2. Produce clear, correct reference answers and written explanations of your reasoning.
3. Review and assess existing work against professional accounting standards.
4. Follow detailed project guidelines and participate in quality reviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

1. A completed university degree (bachelor's or above).
2. 3+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience (Online or Desktop), used within the last three years.
3. 5+ years of professional accounting or sales experience.
4.



Working familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, or a national equivalent, and the ability to state which framework you have worked under.
5. Professional written English.
6. Full availability for two consecutive weeks at approximately eight hours per day, with an immediate start.
7. Willingness to sign an NDA, complete identity verification (KYC), and pass a short qualification test.

Nice to have

1. A skilled credential such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or a national accounting licence.
2. Experience owning a full month-end or year-end close.
3. Prior experience with AI model evaluation, annotation, or data labeling work.
