•Role & responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee brand operations across Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities and platform compliance.

- Coordinate with POCs to improve visibility and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and dark stores to ensure optimum stock availability.

- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, images, and product descriptions. •

- Ensure accurate and competitive product information across all platforms. •

- Process Purchase Orders (POs) received from Quick Commerce partners. •

- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

- Maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and minimize stock-outs.

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for platform partners.

- Resolve operational issues related to orders,



inventory, returns, and product listings.

- Track daily sales performance, inventory turnover, and product availability.

- Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Quick Commerce Operations, Retail Operations, or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar Quick Commerce platforms.
- Robust understanding of inventory management, digital catalogs, and order processing workflows.
