- Communicate and coordinate with Managers, Team Leads and Coordinators in other regional Quote Centers to ensure proper global coverage and timely customer responses.
- Act as a Staff resource on processes and procedures and assist Quote personnel as needed.
- Identify and define specific training needs and/or process improvements for management review.
- Assist in the development- and implementation of new strategies and process improvements.
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Products, and suppliers.
- Maintain and verify work instructions related to working quotes with specific suppliers.
- Track related statistics and measures to report, regularly, to management.
- A subject matter expert for all Mouser quoting processes.
- Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
- Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full time employees or their equivalent. Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.
- Exhibits working knowledge of sales and purchasing.
- Understands profit margins, markups, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Proficient PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,



and other software
- Excellent at written and clear verbal communication on the telephone, email or in person
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
- Experience managing a team is desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
