Role Description The Quality Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves monitoring and evaluating product and process quality across manufacturing operations, conducting routine quality checks, and documenting inspection results.

The Quality

Specialist will perform internal quality audits, assist in root cause analysis for nonconformities, and help implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes maintaining quality records, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with production and engineering teams,



and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to apply quality frameworks and standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose quality issues, and support problem-solving efforts.
- Experience in Quality Auditing, including conducting internal audits, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document findings, and present recommendations clearly.
- Relevant experience in industrial or automotive manufacturing, especially in weighing or engineering solutions, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems; certifications in quality or auditing are preferred
