Key Responsibilities

- Perform dimensional inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished parts/products.

- Supplier evaluation and vendor visit for inspection

- Verify components and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- NPD part ballooning, checklist preparation, identify CTQ parameters, inspection and feed back

- Knowledge on CMM inspection is added advantage

- Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.

- Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of production.

- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials, and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required.

- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

- Assist in maintaining 5S and quality system compliance (ISO/IATF standards).





- Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.

- Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities

Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge of measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.).

- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

- Strong observation and communication skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to current systems.
