Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of ISO standards and be capable of implementing and maintaining quality control systems. This role will involve inspecting and testing materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure enforcement and adherence to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

- Develop and implement effective quality control systems and inspection procedures.

- Monitor, record, and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.

- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and final products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.

- Collaborate with operations and production teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement control measures.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality workflows across production lines.

- Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues or production anomalies.

- Develop and recommend corrective actions, solutions, and process improvements.





- Apply CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and 8D methodology to resolve quality-related problems effectively.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Robust knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

- Proficient in developing quality control systems and analyzing quality performance data.

- Familiarity with CAPA and 8D problem-solving methodologies.

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance/ISO standards (preferred).
