Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost calculations.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and construction activities.
- Verify work measurements, bills, RA bills, and contractor invoices.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, engineering, and site teams.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, and contracts.
- Assist in tendering, vendor negotiations, and cost comparison.
- Ensure projects are executed within the approved budget and specifications.




- Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction field as quantity surveyor
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, billing, and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and specifications.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
