Quality Executive – EOL Quality

Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Executive to manage End-of-Line (EOL) inspection and functional testing activities for electrical and electronic products. The role involves supervising EOL QC activities, ensuring adherence to testing procedures, identifying quality abnormalities, controlling rework and rejection, and coordinating with Production and Electronics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise EOL inspection and functional testing as per SOPs, Work Instructions, and test specifications.
- Guide QC inspectors and line operators across EOL testing stations.
- Allocate manpower based on production plans and testing requirements.
- Ensure 100% compliance with defined EOL testing parameters before product release.
- Identify repeated failures, abnormal test results, and quality issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Ensure proper segregation, tagging, and handling of NG/rejected units.
- Ensure reworked products are completely re-inspected and re-tested before final release.




- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions with the Quality Engineer.
- Monitor rework and repeated failures and work with Production/Electronics teams to reduce them.
- Maintain proper shift handovers covering quality issues, pending actions, and production status.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in EOL / Functional Testing of electrical or electronic products.
- Exposure to pump controllers, inverters, industrial control panels, Drives/VFDs, or IoT systems.
- Basic understanding of PCB/PCBA and practical experience using a multimeter.
- Good understanding of voltage, current, resistance, continuity, and polarity.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and test specifications.
- Basic knowledge of RCA, quality tools, and ISO 9001 documentation.
- Experience in supervising operators/inspectors and managing shop-floor quality activities.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
