Role Objective
The GET will be responsible for day-to-day quality checks, data collection, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure fabric produced from looms meets company and customer specifications.

D. Coordination & Communication
Key Skills Required
a) Robust understanding of basic mechanical principles and textile process flow.
b) Proficiency in MS Excel / Word for data logging and analysis.
c) Good analytical and observation skills.
d) Team coordination and communication ability.
Growth Path
On successful completion of the training period (12 months), the GET will be considered for the role of Quality - Engineer based on performance evaluation and technical competency.
Ensure 100% accurate and timely quality data reporting across all departments.
