Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Vadodara.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee quality planning and control throughout the manufacturing process for metallic expansion joints and hoses. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, inspecting incoming materials and in-process components, and performing final product inspections against specifications and standards. The role involves analyzing defects, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining quality documentation and records.

Engineer will collaborate closely with production, design,



and supply chain teams to ensure continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and consistent product performance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement effective quality systems.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities, including inspections, testing, and monitoring of production processes.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, such as documentation, audits, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Demonstrated focus on Product Quality, including specification review, acceptance criteria, and customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with metal fabrication, pressure components, or industrial manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO or similar quality standards, and use of quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, CAPA).
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
