- Perform dimensional inspection of components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use Metrology instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Perform inspection using CMM, Profile Projector, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and inspection standards.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with production/quality teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
