Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Audit & Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial compliance for our US logistics business. The role involves handling accounting transactions, billing, payroll support, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Process customer invoices and carrier/vendor bills.
- follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Ensure timely vendor and carrier payments.
- Maintain supporting documentation for all accounting transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.

Preferred Qualifications 6 months –1 year of experience in US Logistics industry is mandatory

Immediate joiners (who can join in 1 or 2 days) will be preferred.

Shift Timing: (05:30 PM TO 02:30 AM) Fixed US Shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
