We are looking for a Senior Shopify Tester / QA Lead with solid experience in end-to-end testing of B2C eCommerce platforms and complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing for Shopify storefronts.
- Validate end-to-end journeys across Catalog, Search, PDP, Cart, Checkout, Payments, Promotions, Orders, Returns, and Refunds.
- Test integrations with OMS, SAP/ERP, CRM, Tax, Shipping, Search, Payment Gateways, and third-party applications.
- Perform multi-country testing covering currency, tax, pricing, payments, shipping, promotions, and localization.
- Support mobile web/iOS/Android testing and omnichannel journeys.
- Manage test scenarios, test cases, regression suites, defects, triage, and release readiness.
- Support production validation, hypercare, and global releases.
- Contribute to automation and AI-assisted QA practices.

Required Skills:





- 8+ years of QA experience with strong B2C eCommerce expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus or similar commerce platforms.
- Strong API/integration testing experience using Postman, REST APIs, or SOAP UI.
- Experience with Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.
- Automation exposure with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Appium, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of payments, taxes, inventory, promotions, OMS, fulfillment, and order lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to support global stakeholders and production releases.

Good to Have: Shopify Plus, mobile testing, performance/accessibility testing, and GenAI/AI-driven testing experience.
