Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Panipat. In this position, the specialist monitors and evaluates product and process quality throughout the production cycle, ensuring that company standards and regulatory requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and management teams.

The specialist also supports the development and implementation of quality procedures, participates in internal audits, and maintains quality records and reports.



Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure consistent product standards and process adherence.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Management systems to support policy implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to help maintain compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to conduct internal assessments and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, textiles, or home products is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical specifications and standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production, logistics, and management teams.
- Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
