Job Summary: The QA Project Manager will oversee the quality assurance strategy for Client cloud migration and maintenance projects. This role ensures testing excellence through rigorous planning, defect management, and adherence to KPIs like defect leakage and automation coverage.

Responsibilities:

- Test Strategy & Execution: Define test plans, strategies, and assessments.

Lead System Integration

Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) activities.

- Defect Management: Orchestrate defect triage, tracking, and retesting processes. Maintain a master defect tracker to ensure stability across releases.

- Performance & Metrics: Monitor and report on QA KPIs, specifically targeting 95% unit test coverage, 90% automation coverage, and keeping production defect leakage under 0.5%.

- Release Coordination: Collaborate with release managers on pre-implementation activities, release weekend execution, and post-implementation reviews (PIR).

- Workplace Management:



Ensure proper version control and configuration management for test objects and environments. Coordinate with Client infrastructure teams to resolve connectivity or access issues.

- Reporting & Governance Cadence: Provide detailed test execution summaries in the Weekly Status Report (WSR) to ensure visibility into testing bottlenecks and present QA health scores during governance meetings.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proficiency in manual testing, automation frameworks (Robot framework, Python, Selenium), and regression testing methodologies.

- Experience with business banking application domains and Clients testing processes.

- Ability to create comprehensive test execution status reports (DSRs) and align QA timelines with project release schedules.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in project management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Project Management are a plus.
