Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Quality Assurance Executive. The role involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards across manufacturing and packaging processes, including review and approval of batch manufacturing records and related documentation.

The Quality Assurance

Executive will participate in internal audits, support regulatory inspections, and assist in the implementation and maintenance of SOPs, quality systems, and CAPA activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production, QC, and regulatory teams, managing change controls and deviations,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position also requires accurate documentation, adherence to GMP guidelines, and collaboration to maintain product safety and efficacy.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, GMP, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with documentation control, batch record review, SOP implementation, and handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA.
- Ability to conduct or support internal audits, prepare for regulatory inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify risks and ensure consistent product quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in documenting findings and preparing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality assurance is preferred; familiarity with international quality standards is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a structured environment, with a commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous learning.
