ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team and help with testing products to meet our organization’s quality standards. Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and will be responsible to perform quality tests and validate test cases before products, software and systems are shipped to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and other QA engineers,



to understand product requirements and identify potential areas of risk.
- Participate in requirements gathering and review sessions to ensure testability and clarity of requirements.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of desktop, web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Document test results, including defects and their severity, and track issues through resolution.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and healthcare technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manual quality assurance/testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts from requirements and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using manual testing tools and techniques to identify defects and verify software functionality.
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate testing findings and recommendations.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment is a plus.
