The QA Manager will oversee the complete quality assurance system at the 25 TPH rice mill to ensure consistent product quality as per domestic and export standards. The role involves establishing and monitoring quality parameters for incoming paddy and finished rice (moisture, broken percentage, colour, purity, etc.), supervising laboratory testing, implementing food safety systems (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC if applicable), managing process control points, handling customer complaints and quality claims, training staff on quality protocols, and ensuring all certifications and audit readiness are maintained.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
