Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Tester with strong expertise in Playwright Automation Testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring the quality of web applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications.

Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.

Ensure high test coverage and quality across releases.

Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.





Prepare test reports and provide regular quality metrics to stakeholders.

Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.

Required Skills

6-8 years of overall QA Testing experience.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Playwright experience (Mandatory).

Solid experience in

Functional Testing

Regression Testing

End-to-End Testing

API Testing

Good knowledge of

JavaScript and/or TypeScript

Test Framework Design

Agile/Scrum Methodology

Defect Management Processes

Test Automation Best Practices

Experience with version control and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with qTest Test Management System.

Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.

Knowledge of API automation and database testing.

Experience working in enterprise-scale applications.

Nice to Have

Playwright Framework Development experience.

CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

Cross-browser and cross-platform automation testing.

Performance and API testing exposure.
