Role Description The Quality Control Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests to assess product quality, preparing and analyzing samples using appropriate laboratory equipment, and documenting results with accuracy and clarity.

The Quality Control

Analyst will review and interpret test data, identify deviations or non-conformities, and collaborate with Quality Assurance and R&D; teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining laboratory instruments,



following standard operating procedures (SOPs), adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines, and supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform tests, monitor product specifications, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and experience handling Laboratory Equipment for sample preparation, testing, and instrument maintenance.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to support documentation, SOP adherence, and regulatory and audit requirements.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to follow standardized procedures and safety protocols.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology laboratory environment is an advantage.
