About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Quality Analyst to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the AI industry, focusing on evaluating and enhancing personalization features within AI models. As an AI Quality Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to assess the effectiveness of AI responses that utilize personal conversation history, email, search activity, and other data sources to generate relevant and helpful outputs.

The role requires a blend of creative prompt design and rigorous analytical evaluation to ensure the AI system delivers accurate, grounded, and contextually appropriate responses.

In this position, you will evaluate AI responses based on your own personal experiences and data, designing multi-turn prompts that test the model’s ability to accurately incorporate personal data sources.



Your insights will directly contribute to refining the AI’s personalization capabilities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Qualifications

- Proven proficiency in English, with excellent reading and writing skills to interpret and evaluate AI responses effectively.
- Experience in prompt engineering, test case design, or related roles involving AI model evaluation.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess nuanced and ambiguous AI outputs critically.
- Familiarity with personalization concepts, AI evaluation metrics, and best practices in AI system testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail to identify subtle discrepancies and inaccuracies in AI responses.
- Willingness to use your personal Google account and enable access to personal data sources for assessment purposes.
- Full-time availability aligned with your local time zone to support a global, 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate the quality and relevance of personalized responses generated by AI models using personal context as a reference point.
- Design innovative, multi-turn prompts to test the AI’s ability to accurately incorporate and utilize personal data sources.
- Analyze AI responses for grounding, integration, and helpfulness,



identifying any incorrect or forced personalization.
- Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI responses to detect subtle differences in relevance, accuracy, and contextual appropriateness.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve the AI’s personalization capabilities and overall performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to communicate findings and suggest enhancements based on your evaluations.
- Maintain meticulous records of assessments and feedback to support ongoing AI improvements.
