Location: Office at Ahmedabad (Ready to work across India)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in large commercial interior fit‑out projects

Salary: up to 6 Lack.

Employment Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying (QS)

- Prepare and verify BOQs, measurement sheets, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site measurements and reconcile with drawings and specifications.
- Track material consumption vs. project progress.
- Support procurement with rate analysis and vendor negotiations.

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements for subcontractors and vendors.
- Verify subcontractor invoices against work orders and site records.
- Prepare client running bills with supporting documentation.
- Maintain billing registers, compliance files, and statutory documentation.

Project Coordination

- Liaise with project managers, site engineers,



and vendors for timely billing approvals.
- Update billing schedules and cash flow forecasts using Primavera/MS Project.
- Coordinate with accounts for GST compliance, input tax credit, and payment schedules.
- Support design team in evaluating drawing revisions and their impact on quantities/billing

Eligibility & Skills:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Primavera, SAP, AutoCAD
- Solid proficiency in English (written & spoken)
- Proven track record in handling large‑scale commercial interiors
