Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Senior Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA, DevOps, and application teams to deliver scalable, personalized, and high-quality customer communications across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Interactive, and Inspire Scaler.
- Develop dynamic document templates, reusable components, styles, layouts, business rules, and personalized communications.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and document composition workflows.
- Configure and maintain batch and on-demand communication processes for high-volume document generation.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources and perform data mapping and transformation for document composition.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, CRM/ERP platforms, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to templates, layouts, data mapping, workflows,



document composition, and output generation.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and output validation.
- Optimize templates, workflows, and processing for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, estimation, release planning, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution specifications, data mappings, deployment procedures, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure successful releases and production deployments.
- Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Follow SDLC, Agile methodologies, coding standards, version control, and release management processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
- Expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer for template and document composition development.
- Experience with Quadient Inspire Interactive for interactive customer communication development.
- Experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler for high-volume document processing.
- Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts.
- Experience in document composition, personalization, energetic content, business rules, and output management.
- Experience with data mapping and integration.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data formats.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with APIs and enterprise application integration.
- Understanding of performance tuning and scalable document processing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
