Job Summary:

Bharat Smart Services (Coral Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a QA Engineer with 2 years of experience who can independently own testing activities and act as the QA POC for web, mobile, API, and IoT/connected-device applications.

The candidate should be hands-on in testing, strong in troubleshooting, and capable of assessing product quality and providing QA Go/No-Go recommendations before production release.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end QA activities from requirement analysis to release.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and E2E testing.
- Test web and mobile applications.
- Perform API testing using Postman/REST APIs and database validation using SQL.
- Test IoT/connected devices, including Wi-Fi/Bluetooth pairing, provisioning, online/offline scenarios, reconnection, and data synchronization.
- Analyze application logs, API responses, and device/network issues.
- Report, track, and verify defects using Jira.
- Work closely with Developers, Product, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain QA status and release-readiness reports.
- Act as the QA POC and provide QA release recommendations based on testing and identified risks.

Required Skills





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on software QA/testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
- Strong manual testing experience across web/mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, REST APIs, SQL, and Jira.
- Basic automation knowledge using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with IoT, smart devices, energy management, smart metering, EV charging, or hardware-software integration.
- Knowledge of MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, and BLE.
- Experience with OCR/Image-based applications.
- Exposure to JMeter/k6, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on QA professional who can independently drive testing, identify critical risks, troubleshoot issues, and confidently assess whether a product/application is ready for release.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
