A Heavy Fabrication Quality Manager oversees quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) across heavy engineering, structural steel, or pressure vessel manufacturing to ensure all welded structures and fabricated assemblies meet strict industrial codes and client specifications. - Weld & Fabrication Inspection: Monitor raw material intake, fit-up, dimensional checks, and in-process welding. Verify WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), PQR (Procedure Qualification Records), and welder qualifications.
- NDT & Destructive Testing: Supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations—such as Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI).
- Code & Regulatory Compliance:



Maintain compliance with global manufacturing standards like ISO 9001, ASME, AWS, API, or TEMA codes. Serve as the primary lead for external client and third-party inspection agency audits.
- Defect Management & CAPA: Lead root-cause analysis for structural or weld non-conformances and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Team Leadership & Training: Manage QC inspectors, mentor shop-floor staff on safety and welding standards, and maintain detailed inspection documentation

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
