JOB DESCRPITION OF QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE FOR LEADING LABORATORY FOR TILES, SANATORY, PLYWOOD & GYPSUM BOARD, AAC BLOCKS, PAVAR BLOCKS,ALL KINDS OF METAL TESTING.

A Quality Control (QC) Executive in a material testing laboratory manages physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet industry standards.

Core Responsibilities

- Material Testing: Conduct physical, mechanical, and chemical tests on construction, polymer, metal, or composite materials following ASTM, ISO, or BIS standards.
- Equipment Calibration: Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory testing equipment and instruments.
- Sample Management: Receive, log, tag, and securely store inbound and outbound material samples using laboratory information management systems.
- Data Documentation: Record test results accurately, compile quality reports, and flag any non-conforming test data or product deviations.
- Compliances & Safety:



Maintain Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP) and enforce strict lab safety rules, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Audits & Troubleshooting: Support internal and external laboratory audits and assist in root-cause investigations for testing failures.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in an analytical or material testing laboratory.
- Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with calibration protocols and industry quality standards (ISO/IEC 17025).
