Position - QA Officer

Electrical Component Manufacturing Company

Location - Dungra, Vapi

Salary Budget - Rs. 300000 to Rs. 400000 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.

Monitor product quality as per specifications and customer requirements.

Maintain QA records, inspection reports and quality documentation.

Identify quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions.

Perform root cause analysis, CAPA and 5 Why analysis.

Coordinate with Production, QC and other departments for quality improvement.

Support internal audits and implementation of QMS procedures.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and customer requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

1-5 years/ freshers

Good knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality inspection.





Understanding of polymer/plastic/electrical component manufacturing will be preferred.

Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, RCA and 5 Why.

Good documentation and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/QMS preferred.

Education

M.Sc. Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry preferred

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Polymer Engineering can also be considered.

Candidates with relevant QA/QC experience in electrical components, polymer, plastics or chemical manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
