- Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services
- Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
- Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Overseeing the quality assurance team
- Training other employees on quality procedures
- Handling quality reports and documentation
- Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data
- Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies
- Managing Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality programs like HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), BRCGS, IFS, BAP, and ASC standards
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all seafood products comply with local and international export laws, hygiene codes, and customer specifications.
- Inspections and Testing:



Oversee routine testing of raw materials, water quality, in-process seafood, and finished goods for microbial, chemical, and physical parameters
- Audit Management: Lead internal factory audits and prepare the facility for third-party, regulatory, and customer certification inspections.
- Supplier Quality Control: Evaluate raw seafood suppliers and conduct vendor audits to verify the safety and integrity of incoming marine ingredients

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
