Role Description
- Proficiency in PLM & hands-on experience in testing PLM applications.
- Ability to translate business workflows into test scenarios, own defect triage, and drive resolution with stakeholders and application owners.
- Owns test strategy, planning, test scripting, and test execution; leads and coordinates functional testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Individual Contributor (IC) role - hands-on, able to independently drive and coordination.
