QA Lead UKG WFM Pro

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead – UKG WFM Pro to lead quality assurance activities for UKG WFM Pro implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UKG/Kronos WFM, QA leadership, functional testing, integration testing, UAT, defect management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Leadership

- Define and implement QA strategy for UKG WFM Pro projects.
- Lead and mentor QA team members across different testing phases.
- Ensure QA activities align with project timelines and client expectations.

Test Planning & Execution

- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Use tools such as JIRA, Test Assure, and Selenium for test management and automation.

UKG WFM Validation

- Validate UKG WFM Pro configurations and workflows.
- Perform end-to-end testing of integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and other systems.
- Use UKG Dataviews, Reports, and Data Hub for validation and testing.

Defect Management

- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Work with development and configuration teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure defects are prioritized and resolved within agreed SLAs.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, configuration teams, and clients.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs,



and status meetings.
- Provide QA status reports, metrics, and testing updates to stakeholders.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain test results, defect reports, and testing documentation.
- Follow internal and client-specific QA standards.
- Support audit, validation, and compliance activities.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

- UKG Pro / UKG WFM QA Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos WFM
- Experience with UKG WFM Pro modules and configurations
- QA leadership and test management experience
- Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing

Experience
- 8+ years of overall QA experience
