About the Role

Agarwal Enterprises is looking for a B.Pharm graduate to join our team as a QA/QC Executive. The role will involve supporting quality assurance and quality control activities related to our healthcare and medical products.

The candidate will be responsible for quality documentation, product inspection, maintaining quality records, identifying quality-related issues and supporting the implementation of quality procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks and inspections of incoming healthcare and medical products.
- Verify products against defined quality specifications, purchase requirements and applicable documentation.
- Check product condition, packaging, labelling and accompanying documentation.
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Assist in identifying and documenting product defects, discrepancies and quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Service and other departments regarding quality concerns.
- Assist in handling product complaints and non-conformities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of SOPs, checklists and quality-control formats.
- Ensure required product-related certificates and quality documents are properly maintained.




- Assist with internal quality audits and quality-related compliance activities.
- Maintain records of rejected, damaged or non-conforming products.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding quality-related queries whenever required.
- Support continuous improvement of internal quality-control and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good understanding of pharmaceutical, healthcare and quality-control concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and quality issues.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Willingness to learn about medical devices and healthcare products.

Eligibility

- B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in QA/QC, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates should have an interest in quality management, healthcare products and regulatory/quality documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
