Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, material inspection, site quality control, testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure quality standards across construction activities.
- Inspect construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
- Inspect incoming construction materials and verify quality as per specifications.
- Coordinate with laboratories for concrete, steel and other material testing.
- Ensure proper execution of work as per approved method statements and SOPs.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate for corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports and quality documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.




- Coordinate with Project, Site, Contractor and Consultant teams on quality matters.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities and ensure required quality checks are completed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and project specifications.
- Track non-conformance reports and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
- Support preparation of quality plans and inspection test plans.
- Maintain proper QA/QC records for project handover and documentation.

Required Skills ✅ Strong knowledge of Civil Construction QA/QC

✅ RCC, reinforcement and shuttering inspection

✅ Knowledge of concrete and construction material testing

✅ Ability to read drawings and technical specifications

✅ Knowledge of IS codes and construction quality standards

✅ Inspection and documentation skills

✅ NCR, corrective and preventive action knowledge

✅ Strong site coordination and communication skills

✅ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
