QA Engineer

Qualifications:

4-5 years of manual and automated A experience required

Experience with Playwright Page Object Model (POM) frameworks is required

Validating REST APIs, backend data flows, and integration workflows

Experience working with Agile/Kanban delivery models preferred

Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and automation workflows preferred

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute test suites

Participate in agile ceremonies to help the team understand the impact of QA efforts on planned work

Maintain existing automated test suites

Generate automated tests to provide coverage for new features and improve coverage of existing features

Participate in monthly manual regression tests

Suggest improvements to current A team tools and processes





Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test creation, automation efficiency, and QA productivity

Positive to have:

Experiencewith AWS CodeBuild, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, and Amazon CloudWatch for testing and validating cloud-based applications and serverless workflows.

Experience with SQL/database validation and debugging is a plus

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

Testing Native Windows/Mac/Linux applications and installers

Testing Microsoft 365 Graph API integrations

Testing MSP/IT/cybersecurity-focused products (ex: network devices, security tools, RMMs, etc.)
