Shift: Night, Saturday & Sunday week-off
Key Responsibilities
- 3-7 years of overall experience in credentialing, including at least 1 year in Credentialing QA
- Solid knowledge of credentialing/re-credentialing processes and primary source verification
- Flexible to work in night shift
- Basic knowledge of healthcare credentialing compliance guidelines
- Experience auditing provider files for accuracy and compliance
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify errors/discrepancies
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and credentialing software/tools
