Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EDI Automation QA Lead to drive quality assurance and automation strategy for EDI/B2B integrations across business-critical systems. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in EDI standards, automation framework development, API testing, SQL, and end-to-end integration testing.

Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement automation frameworks for EDI and application integrations.
- Validate EDI transactions and end-to-end data flows across multiple systems.
- Perform UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright/Selenium.
- Perform API testing using REST, JSON/XML, Postman, and SOAP UI.
- Execute SQL queries for database validation and data reconciliation.
- Validate EDI transactions across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production-like environments.
- Identify, track, and manage defects using Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Collaborate with development, integration, business,



and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Drive QA automation best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
- Robust hands-on experience in EDI/B2B Integration Testing.
- Good knowledge of X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and Flat Files.
- Experience with Axway B2Bi/Sentinel or similar EDI integration platforms.
- Strong expertise in Playwright or Selenium automation framework development.
- Hands-on experience in API Testing REST, JSON/XML, Postman, SOAP UI.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
- Experience in application/UI testing and end-to-end integration testing.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW).

- Hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Exposure to IBM Sterling, Seeburger, BizTalk, or similar integration platforms.
