Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have a good understanding of JavaScript and hands-on exposure to automation testing using Playwright or Cypress. Candidates with Selenium experience will also be considered, provided they have good JavaScript knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing fundamentals and basic to intermediate knowledge of automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual and automation testing of web applications.
- Write, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UI testing.
- Develop and maintain basic to intermediate automation test scripts.
- Work with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for test automation.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and managing automation code.
- Participate in debugging, defect analysis,



and testing activities throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript – Mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of Playwright or Cypress.
- Selenium experience is also acceptable with strong JavaScript knowledge.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
- Ability to independently write test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
- Good knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic understanding of database/SQL testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes would be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
