Role- Senior Developer/ Tech Lead

Location- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon, Jaipur

We are currently hiring for below skillset-

1- Python AI Developer(Python+GENAI/AGENTICAI)

JD-

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience building RAG applications using vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent communication frameworks.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have Experience with one or more cloud AI platforms:

- Google Cloud: Vertex AI, Gemini, Google ADK
- Microsoft Azure: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search

Required Technical Experience

Backend Development (5+ years) Mandatory

- Python backend development
- Flask framework for API development
- Pandas for data manipulation and analysis

Frontend Development Mandatory

- Angular/React framework (TypeScript, component architecture, state management)

Database Technologies Mandatory

- SQL databases (design, query optimization, transactions)
- MongoDB (document modeling, aggregation pipelines, indexing)

Cloud & DevOps – Nice to Have

- Good general knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (preferred)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- SOLID principles and microservices architecture
- DevOps practices (automated testing, monitoring)
