About The Role We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our application quality through advanced test automation strategies.

You will work closely with development teams to design, develop, and implement robust automation frameworks that streamline testing processes and improve product reliability. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in our software solutions.

You will exercise independent judgment in selecting automation tools and techniques, troubleshoot complex issues, and document processes to ensure knowledge sharing across teams. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over 6 years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in Python programming and test automation frameworks. You should have expertise in XPath and UI-driven automation tools such as Selenium, along with hands-on experience in integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance application quality through the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior automation engineers,

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, Playwright, and other relevant tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and hardware configuration issues impacting automation processes.
- Document processes, test cases, and findings comprehensively to facilitate knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
