Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and backend services for AI-powered solutions.
- Apply strong Python fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms to solve real-world engineering problems.
- Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI-powered applications.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval systems.
- Assist in developing AI agents, agent orchestration workflows, and tool-based AI systems.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into applications through APIs and modern frameworks.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services to support AI applications.
- Explore and implement multimodal AI solutions involving text, images, documents, and other data formats.
- Write clean, modular, maintainable, and production-quality Python code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize AI applications and backend services.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and techniques and contribute ideas for innovation.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

- Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms and the ability to apply them to solve problems.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development.
- Understanding of RAG architecture, including embeddings, chunking, retrieval, semantic search, and context generation.
- Understanding of vector databases and their role in AI/RAG applications.
- Basic understanding of AI agents, agent orchestration, tools,



and AI safety/guardrails.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong Seeker Mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Negotiable Skills:

- Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
