- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Source raw materials, engineering components, spare parts, consumables, and other required materials.

- Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.

- Prepare and release Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.

- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality specifications.

- Coordinate with Quality and Stores teams for material inspection and receipt.

- Maintain purchase records, supplier documentation, quotations, and purchase orders.

- Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Track pending orders, lead times, shortages, and critical materials.

- Develop alternate suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.

- Handle supplier performance evaluation and vendor development activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements and priorities.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
